Tim woke up feeling very achy. Same lower back, leg aches. His knees, especially the right knee that has had chronic problems, hurt very much. He had all over body weakness.

Believing now that these aches are caused from toxin removal, not due to fact that Trish and I are runners. Will be contacting Trish to see if John is experiencing same effects.
